PACKAGING: Top notch packaging like always! Nykaa knows it’s packaging game, for the price that it comes at, it has decent and sturdy packaging. The foundation comes in an almost squeezy tube packaging very similar to the Colorbar primer and foundation and honestly, I like it. It’s very light weight and easy to travel with. In all, 10/10 packaging.

MY REVIEW:

The foundation is considerably liquid in consistency, like flowy liquid, no kidding.

Coverage would be sheer to light, not even medium. It won’t cover up zits or marks but honestly, I personally like the coverage for everyday, you know me I don’t do foundation, with this one I might actually start wearing them. If you’re new to foundations, you might want to give this one a go for a minimal coverage and light weight formula that it has.

It is so light weight, it doesn’t even feel like I’m wearing any foundation at all. It’s very comfortable to wear, not too dry, it moisturises the skin nicely and leaves a natural dewy finish.

As for the color adapting, I can’t be a hundred percent sure but it does look like my skin which is pretty different from what it looks like when I poured it out initially.

Application I would say, is best first done with a brush and then blended with a sponge. Going in with the sponge directly offers no coverage at all.

The downside would be that you need a large amount of this foundation for even a minimal coverage, and god forbid id you’re using a sponge, you’re done for!

WOULD I RECOMMEND IT?

Hell yes. (If coverage is not an issue.)

So, that would be my review of the Nykaa SKINGenius foundation.

If you guys have any other requests/questions I would love to hear from you on my Instagram, head over and follow me!

Thanks for stopping by.

Loads of love,

Preksha. ♥︎
